Thats all I can come up with. I have noticed a number of new roofs in our area lately though and had said to my wife a few weeks ago that we should look into it. I will ask some of the neighbours as well.

Keep in mind that if you are going to look into going through your insurance for a new roof you will lose any credit you may have for a claims free discount. That claim will stay on your file for 5 years. This can be a significant amount that you will end up paying out when it may be a case of just fixing a few shingles.
Be wary of these guys going around and saying you need a new roof. What happens is they make you go through your own insurance and they get paid by the insurance company and get to it when they get time. Could be months before you even get the new roof.... if at all.

Everyone needs to be cautious on this one.
