EDIT: Also in the last two years the only teams to put up 31 against Oregon at Autzen were USC (Barkely), Stanford (Luck), and surprisingly UCLA.

The only way I see that happening is if Oregon goes up 44-0 at the half and puts backups in the rest of the way. Actually it would have to be third stringers.
