If hard work made you rich, the guy who cleans our building would be a billionaire. Luck, intelligence, and connections with other rich people are equally important, but "be lucky enough to be smart and born to rich parents" is the kind of advice it's hard to implement on a general basis.

Oh, and it's amazing how her economic advice to stimulate the economy is to cut her own taxes. Clearly her $30 billion would be $50 billion in no time, with all the concomitant advantages that would accrue for the common citizen thereby!
