In its basic form (Beretta 93r, a pistol based on the 92), Yes. Was it ever sold or produced as it appears in the movie? No. Can you buy one in Canada? No, as it was a select fire automatic pistol made by Beretta, and all fully automatic firearms are prohibited in canada (unless specifically licensed, yes there are a few lucky buggers out there). Go buy a Beretta 92fs, get handy with your craft skills, and go play robocop at the range
