Definitely need replacing - again IKO Renaissance crap about 9 yrs old - cracking, splitting and turned up - had some recent small amount of water in garage after last rainfall. No shingles missing that I know of.
The catch: 2 neighbours across the road are in the process of replacing their roof. Both got it through insurance. Same IKO shingles. They say from wind storm in November. They did have about 5 shingles which blew off the house.
Is it worth getting insurance out to look at even though no shingles blew off?
Other suggestions (other than tearing some off myself...lol...which I'd rather not get in to...
Thanks

Just re-read you post, missed it earlier, but if no shingles missing then no the insurance won't replace it.
Regarding the water entering the property, was it very windy when it rained last? Often the water entering has nothing to do with the shingles, but everything to do with the joint around vents, plumbing collars, etc. Often the wind will drive the rain up and into your property. Perhaps it's a building envelope issue.
FYI, I believe that even though the IKo shingles are cracked, it does not affect their ability to do their job as shingles.
