Oddly, it's not one of the houses by the Martindale Station or even along one of the road crossings. It's at the end of one of the cul-de-sacs that the train runs past:

The city bought the house in 2009, when construction was starting, because the house is so close to where the construction was taking place. Now that the construction is done, the city will be putting the house back on the market. Because it isn't near a crossing, it probably wouldn't be that bad to live there compared to some of the other houses along the route.
