he has been telling Britney to keep fighting, and mentioned talking to Joe about it

he's told Frank/Dani he will keep Dani

told Britney/Ian he will keep Britney

until you can see his Diary room session I don't think anyone really knows

and even if he had made up his mind, there's 2 days for all of them to change their minds

yesterday it was 99% Dan was gone

As was said above Britney is just extremely emotional and saying let me go etc., once she realizes Dani was involved all hell could break loose. She did this in s12 but the brigade was obviously not going to turn, nowhere near the same scenario here.
