$50 million in damages paid out by Samsung sounds about right. No way anything gets banned.
Samsung presented a lot of stuff of designs they had on paper before Apple did anything with the iPhone, so it could backfire on Apple too.
I wish they would just shut it all down already. The whole thing is getting ridiculous.
