I believe there are posters on here who specialize in drive by insults who really tend to add nothing to threads other than to prove to everyone else how witty they are at the expense of someone else. Those are the ones who tend to exacerbate problems. They make it their mission in life to bait people.
I would certainly not be against regularly reporting their posts.

Allowing posters to duke it out would drag this forum down and cause a huge distraction. If one doesn't like the rules they are free to set up and moderate thier own forum. Personaly I like the way things are run here.
