Not sure if this has changed, but typically the Xbox Marketplace updates around 4-6 AM and the PSN Store updates about 4-6 PM. I'm assuming those times are EST.
During the livestream they mentioned that it's entirely up to Microsoft and Sony when to release the demo, so it's out of EA's control.
