You are assuming that there was a pre-existing relationship between the teacher and the students before they turned 18. I doubt that. I would think that there was no relationship whatsoever before they took her English class in grade 12 and she may have had sex with students who were not her students at all. Does a teacher-student relationship exist if the person is a teacher but you are not her student?
