I'm a young teacher myself, and I would NEVER teach again if I got mixed up with a 20 year old student.
When it is an educator in question, "consent" doesn't matter at all.

I agree for a K-12 environment. Even if the student is of age the context of K-12 is one of teachers both having authority over students and having pastoral responsibility for them. After K-12 there are many teaching contexts in which authority and pastoral responsibility don't hold. In those cases there is nothing necessarily unethical about student-teacher relationships.
