I wouldn't read into that video too much guys. First of all, those guys were terrible demonstrators and terrible players. Second of all, a person who is good at the game should probably see a lot better flow overall than what they showed.

Do you mean like a Be A GM mode, because they've implemented an online GM mode where you can GM against people online. It's called GM Connected.
