According to the Cochrane Times (right between an ad for a fertilizer sale and the Seniors' Bridge Club sked), Ferland is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Cochrane on Sept. 4.
Whether the matter will be dealt with then, or Ferland's lawyer will simply come out to set a later date, it doesn't say.
