I think that the intent of the article was to generate the same public outcry as the "NosehillGentlemen" article/letter did by highlighting some inane divisive issue between Americans and Canadians. I expect after this dies off of the pages from Calgary Sun and Herald that there will be something else. Probably some group that blames Canada for Obama's healthcare legislation.
