Also, that scenario sucks. When you open up your phone again you're on the home screen. It's easier to click a podcast App in a "music" folder you've made then go searching into a Music App. Come on, I know you love to live up to your username... but atleast come up with plausible scenarios.
Have you tried anything besides an iPhone?
