Perhaps liquor store, I don't know, but growlers have been around a long time in Canada. So maybe I am missing something? E.g. in Halifax - this was 7 or so years ago - two liquor stores had them. Mind you they were the liquor stores attached to breweries, but still....I have a hard time believing that claim.
