Hi all,

I am currently away from home and wanting to use a VOIP product (one that works on Galaxy S3 for me, and iPad/iPhone for my finacee) to talk.

The country I am in blocks signing up for VOIP accounts, but does not block useage as strongly. I have been having issues with skype not connecting (the latest version for andriod sucks), so I am wondering if anyone knows I way I can get Tango or Viber setup without receiving a text from them.
