Oh man I'm so happy about this! Taylor really came into his own last season. He showed signs of absolute brilliance at times too. The best part is he COULD still be considered somewhat of a prospect since he only just turned 26, which is the age most goalies are in their prime.
As for the glut of goalies, Ramo is the Flames' second best goaltender. Irving IMO is the third. If Irving doesn't cut it this season as a backup in the NHL, Ramo should (and likely will) be ready to spend a year behind Kipper.
It's a good problem to have if you're Feaster. I'm sure several GMs wouldn't mind taking on Karlsson as a potential backup/AHL starter.
