If the Chris Paul trade got vetoed, doesn't this trade also have to be vetoed? Orlando is getting a substantially worse return for Dwight Howard than the Hornets would have gotten from the Lakers for Paul. I know this trade is a lot more complex, but if the end result is a team trading a superstar for a horrible return, and thats why the Paul trade was vetoed, then how can this trade not be vetoed?
Also the best way to enjoy the NBA is to stop acting like it's a sport and treat it for what it really is: sports entertainment, just like wrestling. You don't treat it as legitimate (I've seen more travelling calls in two weeks of Olympic play than in the entire NBA playoffs), you treat it as fun and exciting. But soccer might have more cred than the NBA.
