I think Nolan could write the JL movie (with his brother and David Goyer), but I think he wants to move on to directing other films. Apparently he would love to do a Bond movie, and I would personally love to see him directing a Bond movie.

Again its all relative. Is it actually a disappointment? Of course not, but if you make less than you expected, even if you still made a ton, you're going to be at least somewhat disappointed.
