I know, but I was just providing another example of an aggravated assault charge.
I may be out to lunch, and maybe someone more in tune with the law can weigh in, but I believe aggravated assault charges are usually given where someone goes WAY overboard. Like two guy fighting, one goes down out cold and the guy stomps his face a bunch of times, or smashes someone over the head with a chair when they're down, That kind of stuff.
I guess my point is just that people keep speaking about it like it was just a good old drunken bar fight between two willing combatants, and even though we obviously don't have all the facts, I just believe there's no way they would have given him an aggravated assault charge unless he went way overboard and didn't something really dangerous.
