Really?
The terrorist orginizations exist to inflict harm on Western countries (for the most part) and as such are threats to national security. Al Queda openly declared war on the US IIRC.
Supremists pose no such threat per se, but if/when they do, they are most definately dealt with in the same manner any terrorist orginization is/has been.
