I'll be using the 4S and S3 together (switching SIMs is really easy, I love it), and probably still upgrade to the new iPhone in the fall.
As an iPhone user since 2008, it's nice to use a phone with a different OS for a bit.
Cool phone. Just a bit confusing as far as the OS.
When does Jelly Bean come out for it?

this is completely subjective. my brother and sister-in-law are both not tech people, yet they both love their S2's and bought them after playing around with an iphone for a bit. even my dad, a logging truck driver who only figured out how to use a computer for kijiji in the last couple of years, bought a Samsung phone (coming from an old Motorola flip phone with no screen) and hasn't had a problem using it
i know far more non-tech inclined people who own Android phones than geeks like me, and many of them are prior iphone users. i think 4.0 ICS really challenged the notion that iOS was the easier user experience, Jelly Bean will put it to rest
