3 way wiring job that is.... thought I can kludge my way through basic electrical work, this always defeats me.

Here's what I need done. I already have a new ceiling fan with a remote kit that needs to be installed. Currently there are two ceiling fixtures and a switched outlet that are wired into a 2 gang electrical box via 3 way wire. I'm hoping to have all 3 items operate on independent switches and need the wiring changed accordingly. (I'm fine if we have to put in a 3 gang).

If someone's available this long weekend, that would be great. (if not no worries, I know it's a long weekend). PM me if interested with a rough estimate (to be finalized after you see it of course).
