I would pretty much guarantee you are wrong. As Girly notes, the runner spent years proving that his prosthetics do not create an advantage. Simply due to people like you - people who think "well, it MUST be an advantage, even though I cannot show the slightest evidence" - that he's had to endure far greater scrutiny than he would have at the Paralympics.
