There were some rumors on Jose Altuve earlier this year, who they'd have to sell the farm to get... but I think if they want to start contending he's exactly what the team is lacking - a modern Roberto Alomar type who plays amazing D and can actually get on base consistently. Lots of power in the lineup but a prototypical leadoff man is missing.
That said Houston management would have to be suicidal to trade Altuve after years and years of rebuilding. More realistically, they've got Delino Deshields Jr., one of the top 2b prospects in baseball, being blocked by Altuve and no major league catcher. The Jays apparently wanted to draft him before Houston swooped that year though he's only at A ball so he's two years away.

Altuve is 22 years old why would Astros deal him unless they are getting Darnaud and Snydegaard which seems like a silly deal for the Jays.
