LF could potentially come from within (although I am not sold on that myself for next year) and DH's are easy to come by in the offseason.

Could always move Escobar over and have Hech come up. Other than that, you can sign a temp guy (like Scutaro) not a big big big problem but it'll have to get fixed eventually.
