The Capitals are going to do a rebuild/retool .

The Following players are available :

Tomas Plekanec (68ov) - I am looking for either a younger cphler that is lower rated but with potential, or a Depth forward and a bluechipper.

Mikheal Grabovksi (68ov) - Dealt

Ilya Bryzgalov (81 ov) - I can move him for a younger goalie to a team that needs an improvement in net. I have a feeling he will rebound this year in the NHL.

Nik Antropov (65 OV) - Dealt

Mark Streit (70 OV) - I would like to move Streit for a downgrade to a younger Dman. I can send some salary with him as well.

Andrei Markov (65 OV) - I will send Markov and 6 Million to the highest bidder.
