I think the parents need to be looked at as well. What kind of trailor trash can raise a monster like this? Not only should this little demon be locked away forever, or better yet done away with and terminated (I'm guessing many people will disagree with this because "he is a human being, and we're not animals," but we fail to understand that this is something even most animals don't even do, who's the smarter species?) but the parents need to be investigated and find out how the hell they raised this thing. Is it me, or has the world gotten sicker as time goes on? I hate to envision what other sort of diabolical events a 11 year old can pull off.

Personally I feel rehabilitation is almost pointless and a waste of my tax money. Why would I want to spend my hard earned cash on some crazy kid, when we could put that money to better use by building some bloody roads or better yet a hospital for this city. Society shouldn't waste their time trying to help the hopeless. There are just some people who don't deserve to live, and we should do away with them. It only becomes a hinderence to our own society.
