I just came back and really enjoyed the movie. Like others have said, it was a great way to end the trilogy. To bad I had an absolute loser beside me critiquing the movie every moment possible, loudly. If it were a sci-fi film he wouldn't bitch, but he did and it was annoying to all those around. Myself, I didn't think much of Anne Hathaway. I thought her lines were a little annoying, and she overacted a little for a character that didn't need so much itonation of each word. Her body looked fantastic though. The other actors were fantastic. Commissioner Gordon was to me the star of the show. Joseph Lovett didn't overact as he's prone to do in past roles - he was perfect in this role and was a likeable character. Great ways of tying in characters from the previous movies as well. I liked the first better than the second because of the great human story, and this really did a fantastic job of enough action with another human story. This was probably the best of the series IMO.
As for a few things towards the end that I didn't understand:
