Solid, solid episode. Just great from start to finish. Every single scene. Episodes like that is what make it the best show on television right now, imo.
Loved the scene where Hank's boss is talking about how Gus was a completely different person than he thought and he was getting away with everything right under his nose while the camera is slowly zooming in on Hank.
As for the question about Mike acting out of character, I agree with what's been said, but I still find it plausible since the feds seized everyone's money. They offered Mike the chance to keep some of his money for rolling over on his friends, so he's probably worried that someone else that's more desperate for cash might take them up on their offer (even if it's bogus). He's probably going to pay people to keep their mouths shut and the only way he can get enough cash to do that quickly is to team up with Walt and Jesse even though he knows it's a bad idea. And the only way he knows how to get Walt and Jesse the chemical they need is to keep Lydia alive for now. If they can find another supplier, Lydia is as good as dead.
