Life steal isn't great, but it will add maybe another 100-150 life per hit onto the already 500 LoH that the weapon has. Overall its a pretty good weapon. I priced it out on the AH last night, and it was better than any other weapon on there with similar stats, and the closest comparable was not even really that close and was selling for 25Mill.
