I thought the law had not been put into effect yet? If it has by all means call the cops if you see it, so they can get a ticket. If it has not there is nothing you, the cops or CPS can do, as it is not illegal.
I would think that CPS would do nothing, even if it was illegal, because the punishment for doing so is monetary. That is like calling CPS for someone speeding with kids in the car.
