I always laugh when there is a huge lineup outside the doors to customs at YYC and we have to push our way through the initial entrance where the guy reviews the blue customs slip and people are getting all pissey that we are budding through etc and then again when we breeze through the actual customs line and everyone is like WTF. With priority checkin (if you have it), I"m usually in the Rocky Mountain lounge enjoying a cocktail in less than 20 mins from when I first step in the front door of the airport.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned it yet, but there is now a priority security line at YYC both on the domestic and intl sides, but it is never overly busy when I'm there anyways so not a huge timesaver.
