I am hoping to get Amnesia: Dark Descent if it goes to $5. I wanted to try one of the Fallout games or Borderlands, but I knew I wouldn't be able to squeeze them in.
The only game I am not sure about is the first Witcher. I didn't realize it was such an old game. But for $2.50 I suppose it's not a big deal if it doesn't get much play. Does anyone know if it's holds up or should I just skip to the second one?

I really like the first Witcher, replayed some of it this spring. You should try it. Longer and fightier than the second. Not everyone is a fan but for me the timing-based fighting mechanic works well. Not perfect but really quite good. Some of the quests get slightly confusing and if you perform every little task it can feel a bit grindy at times but I'd say it's still an excellent, underrated game.
