For the OP....get a realtor to show you some of their foreclosed houses...that area is really wanting Albertans to start buying there again instead of in the US and prop up the false economy that was unsustanable increases in house prices.
When I lived in the Okanagan, anyone who lived there and wasn't retired that I golfed was was always like....I used to flip houses, but now you can't make any money doing it. |
