[Northendzone]

I am looking to buy a good knife to be used to cut raw meat (i.e. I want to buy a big piece of meat from Costco and cut it into steaks) and possibly to play a really competitive round of "knifey spoon".

I was looking on Google and could not quickly locate a knife shop that is either close to work (right across the street from chinook) or possiblely somewhere in the deep SE (I live in New Brighton). Google was showing a knife store in Chinook, but it is not in the mall directory (wife wants a good knife from a specialty store - I want to buy one at the Bay)

Anyone have a recommendation? Clever and witty comments are most welcome.
