One week to go and a few more seats just opened up!

This workshop will not only cover the market and direct investments but other ways to invest as well. Here is a brief rundown of the three ways to do business. These will be covered during the workshop.

1- Lending to Building Wealth Club
When we find a deal we will close on the property and at closing
there will be a loan placed on the property for the amount invested.
At 12% APR - This will be over a 30 year period and depending on
what the Investor- Lender wants there will be a 3 - 5 - 10 - balloon.
Of course Investors needs to form an LLC for the Lending Company.
Which we will help with.

2- Partnering with Building Wealth Club
We find a deal appox 30% below the market that is through our
Network, ( not on the MLS ) We then go in and rehab at cost, then we
have options for the exit strategy, where we flip and share in the profit
or we hold for Long term Wealth.

3- Invest in our buying Program- BWC
We have turnkey Investments for Long term Cash Flow, that we will
turn over to Investors that are Once again turnkey, rented and managed
by us and is in areas that we invest in today. As well as look for the client
from our Network Investments that are below market and have a strong
Return On Investment.
