It indeed sucks because I can tell they are a high end place, and I actually didn't sense any attitude at all, even though we were dealing with a low end bike (hell my bike is low end by comparison).
But the work was downright sloppy, like they were either far too overloaded and rushing, or really didn't care about my $200 worth of labour and parts. I'd have gladly brought the bike back a week later if they'd simply asked me to hold off for a less busy time. One of the hidden dangers of Groupon, I suspect.
