Thanks, I just got back from the lawyer. I should get possession on Monday no matter what, but if LTO isn't online I have to either buy title insurance or pay the interest penalty to the seller until the title can be registered. Few hundred bucks. Lawyers are scrambling, lots of deals this week have this problem.
