As long as they're fresh. The problem with tatoos is:
1) The skin underneath them gets old and stretches.
2) They fade and begin to look like arse.
3) They don't change with fashion. The current sleave tattoos are next decades tribal and barb wire tattoos.
Just my thoughts. So few people actually get meaningful tattoos anymore, especially women. They get tattoos that are fasionable. Imainge picking one shirt you had to wear for the rest of your life.
Basically anyone with the following tattooed on any part of their body needs to start making better life choices: Stars, Asian symbols, barbed wire, rings of flames, tribal tattoos, generic Celtic symbol, a tree of life, a dolphin, a butterfly, a pixy, fake Yakuza tattoos, LA gang-like writting (unless you are actually in a street gang in LA), angel wings, unicorns, the vast majority of inspirational words/quotes, pictures of hand guns (you live in Canada, you probably do not own a hand gun), corporate logos, etc..
I can understand and appreciate good tattoo work, but rarely do women in their early 20s have that. And no, generic tattoos do not look good.
