He may have said the words, but he was only repeating what 'someone' else said, but accused him of saying.
I can understand why he can be found not guilty in court because it can't be proven beyond reasonable doubt. However, I still think there is enough evidence for the FA to take action and suspend him for a few games.

It's unlikely either man would be found guilty in court, but at this point I'm failing to see a valid explanation as to why Terry should avoid punishment from the FA (and tbf, it is not certain that he will avoid punishment as of yet).
