Okay, so I got home this morning and realized I didn't have my keys with me (they were sitting on my dresser)...
I tried waiting for my roommate to arrive but murphy's law came into effect and she was nowhere to be seen. Long story short I noticed a window was open.. but I had to punch out the screen.
My question is:
How much money am I going to have to pay to replace the screen? (the frame is fine, it's just the screen and the rubber stripping that held it tightly in place)
