Yeah, that was Amazon's EC2.. first they had a cable fault at a utility cause a power outage.. then after 9 minutes on backup generators one of them failed due to a faulty cooling fan. Then after four minutes the backup backup generator's circuit breaker opened because it was incorrectly configured.
