Our own Paul Reinhart often played centre as well.
The thing with Cammallari is that he's small and most modern centres have some size as they often have to be the third defenceman, otherwise I think he'd be okay as he grew up at the centre position, so yeah I kind of agree with your conclusion and I wonder why we signed Stempniak. Maybe he was signed before we knew we could sign Hudler. |
I think Stempniak, Comeau and Stajan are around as insurance in case the young guys falter. Whether we like it or not the odds off all of Backlund, Cervenka and Baertschi having great a year is very slim.
