To survive in Inferno, you need all level 60 gear (unless your level 56+ gear is amazing).

Hell Act 4 drops all top tier items, but at a lower rate than Act 1 Inferno. Do whatever you can do without dying very much, and build your gold and gear (HP - Damage and Resists) and try and move up after a while.

I can't comment on WD, since I know nothing about them
