I sold my first RMAH thing yesterday for $7.00 (less fees...$5.10)!!!! It wasn't a level 60 item and I don't remember the stats but I'm pretty happy.

I just made 60 and I'm a Witch Doctor. Does anyone have any tips on:

1. How to survive? I seem to die a lot and I'm not sure if it's my build or my gear. Here's my guy: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculato...UXP!ZUb!baaZcb

I guess it's hard to comment on the gear since you don't know what I wear but it's level 56-60 gear which I'm sure needs an upgrade.

2. Where is a good place to get items? I can survive fine on Hell Act 4 but do items that I could use in Inferno mode drop there? It doesn't seem like soloing Act 1 on Inferno is financially smart as it costs a boat load of money to repair.
