Or maybe it's simply because some of the providers drag their heels in providing updates? I have an HTC Raider. The match in the States (Vivid) already has ICS. Still waiting for Rogers to get their act together and provide it to Canada. This is a dual core device with 1GB or RAM. Where is my ICS??? And Jelley Bean...lol, what a pipe dream that is for a device that really isn't old at all.
