This is 100% false.
Once routed into your house Bell is no different than Telus or Shaw and uses coax. I think you can get something like 6 signals from one router type dealio that they place at the incoming line from the dish.
The only difference, and it's been a while since I was on Bell, is that Bell doesn't currently have linked boxes like Shaw and Telus do that allow you to watch the same recorded program on multiple TVs. Each Bell box is totally independent of each other.
